The company was founded on 21 st of March 2022 by Engr. M. O. V. Ufomadu, a young immigrant from Nigeria, who migrated to Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom in 2018.

Due to the challenges, he faced during his migration to the UK, he later decided to venture into this business and later registered the company with Company House and incorporated in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Engr. Ufomadu is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Nekede in Owerri, Nigeria, where he acquired a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, he later proceeded to study cyber security in Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom where he completed a 2-year programme in cyber security. He is currently studying Energy Data Management with Business Analytics in Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. His love for business has brought him this far, and this was the reason behind the incorporation of Vinco & Son's Ltd.

He has been the only one managing the company right from the day of its birth. The business shareholding is divided with his lovely young daughter Princess A. R. Ufomadu who he hopes will take over the company when he's no more.

SECRETARY

Princess A. R. Ufomadu a British-Nigerian is the only child of the CEO and Founder of Vinco & Son's Ltd. The office of the secretary was given to her after she was named the shareholder of the company just months after her birth. Although she's still young to take up her role in the company but she's remained the only active/inactive staff of the company.
